This is an hour low to nonimpact Cardio Mat Pilates Class. This class is catered to healthy participants, that do not have any injuries. The 1st half-hour is designed to target your big muscle groups like your thighs, hip and gluts to speed up your heart rate, and make you feel warm and sweaty. The next 45 minutes will be focusing on your core and back muscles. Reminder to stop and walk around if you get tired or experience muscular fatigue. Exercise to benefit you must be done on a regular basis. Keep the habit so you become strong and flexible. Enjoy and listen to your body!
